Total Federal Spending Outlays per Fiscal Year under Trump
  • FY 2017: $3.98 trillion
  • FY 2018: $4.11 trillion
  • FY 2019: $4.45 trillion
Compared to...
  • FY 2008: $2.98 trillion
  • FY 2009: $3.52 trillion (Stimulus spending due to the Great Recession)
  • FY 2010: $3.46 trillion
  • FY 2011: $3.60 trillion
  • FY 2012: $3.54 trillion
  • FY 2013: $3.45 trillion (Sequestration cuts took effect)
  • FY 2014: $3.65 trillion
  • FY 2015: $3.69 trillion
No issue there. Trump had to compromise with the Dems to get his military spending. Now compare with Biden's four years.

I guess you kind of made my point he’s not a virologist, but he is a real conservative. he understood that regardless of what was being said spending the money like this would’ve been the wrong thing to do and somehow he was right.

So he has a track record of being able to understand these situations. Trump has a record of understanding other situations, but when it comes to money, it’s a little shaky.
Yet Trump is doing everything possible to eliminate spending. Did anyone, including Massie, see what Trump is trying to do coming? As the saying goes, if you like sausage you better not watch how it's made.

This isn’t an indictment on every thing Trump does. But pride goes before fall. No one has all the answers. And Massie more than anyone probably in Congress understands how the sausage is made because he read these bills. His opinion should be welcome to by Trump not castigated and threatened.

No doubt Trump has little tolerance for dissent. Mike Pompeo did a great job as Secretary of State but he made the fatal flaw of running for president this last election. Wasn't invited back.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
He threw his hat in the ring in 2023 but was getting no traction so withdrew.
He never ran.

New 50% duties on Canadian steel and aluminum?

Gonna be interesting if drag queens stay at the top of MAGA’s list of concerns as they struggle paying for food and rent if Trump plunges us into a deep recession.

You sure did when it comes to what trans Americans should or shouldn’t do
Yep, because they voted against it. TTKU I thought you said it wasn’t the problem worth of dealing with? Again, you don’t have much sense and none of it is common. You are wholly and completely an example of what constant bias media does to people. Common sense goes out the window rationality is no longer. Even the justification of hate and death of your fellow countrymen because they did not do what you wanted. You can be told anything and believe it because you’re told to and it’s popular in your echo chamber.
