I wonder if they were the “desperate” Americans that were getting school lunches and breakfast at my kids high school back during the Obama administration? My son used to go to weight class in the morning to work out and then have a free breakfast. I didn’t even know about it for a while and then he came home one day and told me about it and I said free breakfast? he said yeah apparently it’s some federal program they give us free breakfast. I said that’s not free. And we were one of the richest school district in our state, that just shows you the kind of “desperation” we had.
