You wanna boil this down to how many American soldiers died during each of their terms? You really wanna go toe to toe on this?
Trump = 45 dead American soldiers in combat in Afghanistan. 20 more died in combat elsewhere.
Biden = 13 dead American soldiers in Afghanistan. 0 others in combat elsewhere.
Withdrawals are notoriously dangerous. You can’t prepare for every single possible problem in war. But we’re out of that hellhole now and now Trump will have 0 deaths in Afghanistan, thanks to Joe Biden.

It’s well known that some of the more hawkish in the military think we should’ve stayed in Afghanistan forever. Maybe we should have. But Trump promised to get us out the war, too, and he didn’t. Not because of strategy but because he’s a neophyte and a coward. He got 45 soldiers killed there. Biden comes along and starts the withdrawal and 13 die. It’s all bad. But we’re out now. Trump should thank Biden for it, he will have zero casualties this time in that country.

I never said you claimed he was a complete failure, I did. History shows his administration was exactly that.
Getting out of Afghanistan was the right thing to do just that the way the Biden administration did It was a complete debacle as world witnessed and even commented on. We look like fools. Because we had a fool in charge. The same fool you and your party kicked out and then replaced with someone who was worse.

He bailed on American civilians there. Had to come back to get them and completely botched that.
