Even the Atlantic that published the story backed off the classified information claims.
And again the only person I can tell so far that has lied. Is Mike waltz it wasn’t about the information that was on the text. It was about him not knowing how Jeffrey Goldberg got on that thread.

Which is why they shouldn’t be talking about sensitive information on that type of platform

Again, if they were doing anything wrong, and they weren’t discussing sensitive information, then why is it such a big deal that the reporter got added?

Apparently you aren't aware. Hillary and Bill claimed they came out of his presidency broke. By 2016 with her as Senator then Secretary of State their net worth was $100 million+. Bill was going around the world giving speeches for $500k-$750k. She eventually left the Secretary of State job and joined him in very high speech fees. It was discovered while Secretary of State she used a private server, kept in a closet, violating national security laws, to conduct government business. When the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed her email records to see why she was conducting business that way, she had all cellphones, laptops, and blackberries connected to that server smashed to bits rather than turn over 33,000 emails that she claimed were personal. Did a wipe of that server with bleach bit then smashed it too. Later on Anthony Weiner, who was the Democrat Congressman married to Clinton's top assistant, and who had gotten into hot water sending dick pics to various people, had his laptop taken as evidence and there was top secret documents from Clinton on it. This was a Secretary of State who was doing something with very sensitive documents while people were willing to listen to Bill for exorbitant amounts of money. Not to mention that server could've been hacked. Amazing that after she lost the election she and Bill couldn't get takers for even $50k to speak. And their foundation? It received hundreds of millions in donations and as its officers the Clintons used those funds to fly private jets while staying in the best hotels and eating in gourmet restaurants. And their foundation stop receiving big contributions after she lost. This has to be the biggest influence peddling scheme in U.S. history yet Democrats will ignore it while screaming about a mistake being made by Republicans. Got news for you: the Dems are going to be screaming over the smallest things for the next four years.
@Doublestandards You asked for an explanation yet you're going on with your argument without acknowledging the above.

I don’t feel you acknowledged, I think you’re doing a very weak what aboutism, and I would respect your view a lot more if you gave even a fraction of concern to this case

You’re talking about Hillary Clinton talking on a private server and deleting the messages is a confern, but administration officials talking on a non secure server about imminent military strikes is being overblown. If this was the exact same story in the Biden administration you guys would be freaking out and finding a way to blame it on dei

Where did Atlantic say that?

More word games. The Atlantic has now conceded in the title that they were merely attack plans, not war plans.

Maybe mere attack plans aren't classified material. Maybe everything that was in that Signal conversation could have actually been up on display in Times Square as everything was happening.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

They’re splitting hairs. It was a ridiculous mistake. Eventually, when the smoke clears, someone is getting canned.

Which brings my point up, If they were doing nothing wrong, and there was no classified information being discussed, then why is it such a big deal that the reporter was added? Why are there conspiracies about him and his wife and hating Trump?

It’s also just ridiculously to suggest this wasn’t classified or even sensitive information. Anyone who knows anyone who works in government knows how strict they are about classifying information. Stuff that is WAY less important than this. Talking about imminent military strikes is absolutely classified information
