He was a MS 13 member here illegally. Just because he knocks up an American Women doesn’t mean he gets to stay. The Supreme Court also ruled 9-0 that Judges of lower courts can’t say what foreign policy is

So an El Salvadorian citizen should be returned to a country where he illegally entered and is not a green card carrying resident because it is the feel good story of the day.
His only options are to stay in his home country or find another country willing to take him in. Once he decides then his family is free to join him , if they wish to.
One thing I can't find in the stories is how was he supporting himself & family ?
Their pictures show them all as being well fed.
