Release the Epstein files.

And ICE doesn’t operate under criminal law. They’re not the FBI. They can’t hold you for 72 hours without allowing you to contact an attorney.
You don’t think they operate under criminal law when somebody gets violent with them lol OK dude.

And they did hold him 72 hours so what about it? Is the guy suing? My guess is he’s probably not going to because he knows he’s guilty and wouldn’t win.

I think we could fill barrels and barrels up with the amount of stupid things you say and stupid things you don’t know.

ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) operates under both civil and criminal law, primarily focusing on immigration law enforcement but also pursuing criminal activity related to immigration and other federal laws. ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division investigates potential threats and enforces criminal laws, while Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) focuses on immigration enforcement but also handles criminal arrests and prosecutions related to immigration violations.

You really need to stop for the night you’re starting to look like a complete idiot. I’m feeling kind of bad for you.

Was Retes situation related to customs, trade, and/or transnational crime? That’s the criminal element of what ICE operates under. With immigration matters such as deportation it’s a civil matter.

Gosh, seems like maybe he didn’t get violent with them then?

Or they knew he wasn’t violent and couldn’t prove it and let him go.

Boot licker.
Gosh, maybe the prosecutor decided it wasn’t worth pursuing and maybe his past as an American soldier had something to do with it?

The only bootlicker here is you.

I’ll be waiting to hear about his lawsuits worth millions.
