Yeah. She has lived in both countries for years so hard to say what her natural accent is. Her Southern accent on the show is annoyingly exaggerated to me though.

The situation with Carol and Maggie was a weak plot device even for this show. About the only positive comment I can make it it isn't as bad as Glenn's dumpster.
