Can you get dq'd for delivering packages through your break ?

If you want to get off earlier too look good on paper, take a half our lunch or the minimum your center allows, organize your truck on your breaks, and don't take your breaks. Don't however be on break or lunch in the Diad and be driving/recording/delivering.

Some guy I know was dq'd for doing that apparently . That's why I'm confused .

It's simple. If they don't want you to qualify, they will use that(Working on meal) against you. If they do want you to qualify, they won't say a word about it.

In my center an off the street hire that was still in their packet committed a cardinal sin and wasn't even DQed. One can't help but be shocked when they hear about that. I wish I could elaborate more on what happened but I would most certainly be risking my status as being anonymous on this board. The driver was on the "fast track" to management so that's really all that needs to be said about that. It's pathetic either way. If any of us on this board had done what this person had done we'd have been walked out the door ASAP.
