They make a chain for that. lol.
Yeah that gets used like uh never.
Especially with the new keyless entry. If you don't get the door shut all of the way it's only going to open a few inches before it hits the keyless lock.
Well, now we know who doesn't do a pretrip in that center.Friend of mine posted this on my Facebook page earlier..
"Explain this one. UPS doing 70mph, and wide open! LOL"
It was in Pennsylvania. Think the driver lost a few packages??
When I was driving a package car it like uh, got you a warning letter if you were ever caught with an unchained door on area.Yeah that gets used like uh never.
So you could never open the rear door from the inside? When I was driving a package car it like uh, got you a warning letter if you were ever caught with an unchained door on area.
D*Pffft... Pennsylvania that's all you need to know
Lol
Old timer told me one time that's how they used to clear the dirt and dust out the back. Open the doors up and take a ride down the interstateAround 12 hours ago, I saw an air driver with both the bulkhead and the rear door wide open. Apparently that doesn't show up on reports? :/
No, I could not. In my 9 year package career, I drove a P400 and a P550. Both had barn doors on them, and actually had padlocks welded on the outside of the door. If the doors were closed, you HAD to have the padlock engaged. You had to stop short, get out of the PC, unlock the padlock, open and secure the doors, get back in and back to the dock. Reverse the procedure before you could leave. So you could never open the rear door from the inside?
I remember those. Because I got locked in the cargo area of one of them...lolNo, I could not. In my 9 year package career, I drove a P400 and a P550.
