A whole lotta not good. I’ve had more than my share of bad managers at UPS but I was still surprised at the general reaction of ”Just can them all”. UPS is not a technology company, it’s a service company with extensive assets - without solid management this goes south fast.

The second wave seems to be starting. I thought all of the 12K were already aware if they were being shown the door, but apparently not.
