I dropped out of High School, took my GED, and joined the Marines. After 4 years on active duty I got out and just bummed around for a while, working different jobs and partying a lot. I got called back up for the first gulf war and when that was over I got out again and started working part time for UPS. 28 years later I retired.

I had just got out of the Army and was killing time in Junior College when the girl I was datings brother called me up and wanted to know if I wanted to start at UPS the next morning at like 5:30 a.m.---I said why not and worked part time from Feb. until June when I went full time. I tried to go fulltime sooner but was told I needed to be married to be a full time driver. I got married on a Saturday and was a fulltime driver the following Tuesday.
