I obviously don’t understand why they can’t take monetary value of one pension plan and pay it to the new one. Oh well. We’re stuck in the cold snowy north east for now.Never gonna happen to many pension plans involved
can't be rightMy husband is a RPCD and has been with the company for 23 years. I read that if wanted to transfer he would have to pay the new local for 23 years of dues to keep his pay rate and seniority. I know it’s a slim chance but has anyone heard of this? Is it true?
