The state receives a ballot request form. The state checks if the name on that form is registered to vote. If they are, the state produces a ballot for the name on the form and sends it to the address on the form.Please explain how mail in voting actually works.
If you remember Acorn, in 2008 in WA, 7 people registered over 1800 fake names, and they only got caught because they had all of the ballots going to the same address.
