Jason Chaffetz used to be the chair of the House Oversight Committee. He said the Secret Service was the most complained about agency in government so they did an investigation. Turned up 150 different problems they asked the SS to address. Found out that once an assigned agent they are only required to go through 30 minutes of training per year. Said they had the highest turnover in government because of the constant travel and other demands. Said to his knowledge they've never addressed the Committee's findings.
