If they're from countries with war or famine then it's highly likely. There's been an effort to push white farmers in South Africa off their land and quite a few have been murdered. But given the history of South Africa, as well as the Left going berserk over Elon Musk, it's highly likely any effort to take in white South Africans is going to be met with protests here.
Fair question
Under international law asylum seekers are supposed to go to the next closest stable country to seek refuge. They aren't supposed to bypass all those countries to get to the richest nations with the best safety nets. The Biden administration made a farce out of our system by enticing masses to come here using our asylum laws as cover.
