The government owns the roads, just as if we had a libertarian system and the roads were privatized, they could set the rules on what is allowed while using those roads. Using the roads is not a part of your constitutional right to travel, like walking somewhere
The government does not own my body, and they should have no say what I choose to put in my body.
But that's just it. You walking home intoxicated can impact others. You may walk out in front of a car. You might fall and require medical attention. There are valid reasons why people get arrested for public drunkenness.

The Trump Tariffs have the potential to push up prices by 25% when combined with foreign retaliation tariffs. I believe they are trying to devalue the dollar but not quite sure what plan is.

Maybe these tariffs are long overdue..Trump is true to his word , like it or not. Remember we had almost two decades of trade deficits under Democratic rule. China had been the main culprit, they practically own us and most of the world assets. What will happen to our economy when Trump starts to implement his “America First” agenda…maybe these corporations and companies will start manufacturing in the U S again, that means hiring will increase and tax revenues to boot. Biden was bought and sold by China and Russia because of his Boy, stuff is going to come out that will prove his collusion for profit. Right now the Democrats and their liberal mouthpieces in media are reduced to “Chicken Littles” … we heard this crap before and it will not fly this time. Bottom line is we still have natural resources and the technology to make demands from our allies and instill fear into our enemies. With they want to play games go on..”Make our Day” ..
