The contract you mention can not go into such detail, avoiding any appearance of command control. Or does it?
Well X ultimately can not make any of us do anything, that's the ultimate problem with contracting this sevice out.
The recourse,,,lose the contract, but if all of us weren't so ECONOMICALLY DEPENDENT on X it wouldn't effect us much losing a contract now would it.
