No because you did not actually come in and work. Just collected an extra days pay on your pay check.

Same thing as taking a week of vacation when a Holiday is during that week.
Paid for 6 days, instead of a regular 5 day vacation check.

If you get paid for the Monday Holiday and then work your regular week, would Saturday be considered a 6 punch?

Nope.
