Only in American could this melding of US Armed Forces logistics and the private sector accomplish produce and implement a vaccine for a novel virus.

There hasn't been enough time for clinical trials to confirm antibodies produced by the vaccine will last longer than three months. That's all the data they've got so far. Nobody's said the effectiveness of the vaccine wanes or ceases after three months.

This normally wouldn't be an issue because vaccines are typically developed and studied over a period of years.
