I have done this before. But I did my best to let people know. I was fired. But got my job back because I did the right thing. I'm not sad this guy will be fired and gone. If I were in your shoes I would be pissed. Ups driver or not.

is there any brown paint on your exes car? i'm sure ups and the police will get to the bottom of this. telematics/gps will know if the driver had a delivery or was in your exes area at the time of the accident and if the driver is responsible he will be fired for dishonesty.
