When I started it was 1 year 1 day wait for full time
Fast forward to now
Our last four drivers promoted had 8 years, 8 years, 6 years and 4 years seniority.
The next four all have 2 years
I know a guy who quit preload 3 years ago with 5 years seniority
He'd be a driver now
Saw him last week
He cried
The longer you wait to apply
The longer the wait for ft is

I think if he works really really hard gives it 110% every day he can be driving by this summer.
We had 3 bids up on the board. The highest seniority date was 2012. We was laughing at it and said boy are we getting old.lol
