Without altering your start time or a supervisor changing your punch in time to match your start time then no you won't get the 8 hr guarantee under 06. Its set up automatically. Certainly those 2 things can be manipulated but if they don't match (or punched in before start time) its not going to guarantee 8. I don't recommend changing either without permission unless you want to be subject to termination for falsifying records.

If for some reason I am running late I would call ahead and let them know when I will be there. They will in turn change my start time accordingly and I will still receive my daily guarantee.

If the TP60 is late I usually code other work and either clean/wash windows and mirrors or fill out some of the stack of safety crap they send out on a frequent basis.

I was just picking on you. I wouldn't push my start time forward either, especially if the delay is not my fault.
