We have a lot of good workers that do their job plus fixed Management's mistakes

We have too many supervisors
UPS always micromanaged. Even before everything got computerized. You almost have to feel sorry for the sups with all the daily data they are supposed to sift through. About all they can do is key in on a few things like the flavor of the month.

Majority of supervisors are clueless and they are also get the struggled with all the pay cuts they had to endure

i don't understand, what do you mean they tried? there haven't been any SLS installed and then removed

no SLS installed has ever required more employees than previously, and you gain a HUGE gain in PPH and most importantly you get a lot more flexibility in destination bags built
