UPS always micromanaged. Even before everything got computerized. You almost have to feel sorry for the sups with all the daily data they are supposed to sift through. no SLS installed has ever required more employees than previously, and you gain a HUGE gain in PPH and most importantly you get a lot more flexibility in destination bags built

OT didn't go up significantly due to ORIONNot when you cut two people but paid 20 people an extra hour of over time.
