The ER is a little stiff but still, a guaranteed yield of 7% or close to it is pretty tempting as long the underlying assets grow at least as fast as inflation plus the ER.
Is that a true 7% yield or some of that return of capital? That's what you really got to watch
It's only been around a few years but beats the hell out of treasury returns.
