When they merge Express and Ground and weed out the higher paid Express, they will replace them with young, stupid, lower paid monkeys to move the bulk.

Saw a black kid get out of the drivers seat of an Express truck yesterday. Black tank top, black below the knee shorts, dreads, black hi tops with the tongue hanging out.
I couldn’t believe FDX Express would send a driver out looking like that. Then I realized he probably stole it.

It already seems like FedEx handles more large/overweight packages than we do. Just from observing what's already delivered before we get there. These drivers must be pissed, all while earning way less than us.

How many monkeys are in the jungle? They quit every week. After a few years, people won't be applying. Word around town will be, don't work there, it's a joke.
