There’s a new driver on the FedEx, ground routes around mine about every three months. They burn through employees like they’re changing underwear.I do notice that as well. PetCo boxes, CostCo boxes...

They're slipping. I change my underwear every 2 months. There’s a new driver on the FedEx, ground routes around mine about every three months. They burn through employees like they’re changing underwear.
The retired life! They're slipping. I change my underwear every 2 months.
How many monkeys are in the jungle? They quit every week. After a few years, people won't be applying. Word around town will be, don't work there, it's a joke.
You’d hate your life also if you made a flat rate every day with no vaca or benniesFedEx that overlaps one section with me is the grumpiest MFer around, just hates his life.
That pool is only so deep. Their model of cheap labor working for peanuts lasts only so long.Amazon is in the same boat. As to why they can't deliver all their own stuff.
They have dried up the worker pool. They can't find enough monkeys to hump cardboard for low pay and little benefits.
I agree with that although I’m not certain UPS corporate even cares about that anymore.People say we are overpaid. No, it's the amount required to keep us from quitting like FedEx and Amazon drivers.
Exactly. I used to wonder why UPS paid so much….. Because that’s what it takes to keep us showing up every morning to be abused and treated like that.People say we are overpaid. No, it's the amount required to keep us from quitting like FedEx and Amazon drivers.
Lower turnover but eventually the same result, idiots on the routes. You will not be replaced by a comparable driver. Just like I wasn’t. It’s a doom cycle.I agree with that although I’m not certain UPS corporate even cares about that anymore.
More and more of those in the upper levels of the corporation value, long-term employees, less and less.Lower turnover but eventually the same result, idiots on the routes. You will not be replaced by a comparable driver. Just like I wasn’t. It’s a doom cycle.
Why pay top dollar? It’s short sighted but it pays high dividends.More and more of those in the upper levels of the corporation value, long-term employees, less and less.
There are signs the money isn't enough.Exactly. I used to wonder why UPS paid so much….. Because that’s what it takes to keep us showing up every morning to be abused and treated like that.
