Far west region, as north as you can go in Eastern time zone. If it's dark at 8:30 now, it'll be dark at 9:30 after this. Was just making an observation is all.

If you rolled back the hour for daylight savings time end, during fall. That means the sun will rise later in the morning.. 4:30 would never happen when you say you are keeping the time in daylight savings time..
