The voting was electronic. Voting ended at 11 AM. Votes tallied at 3 PM. Looks like they're waiting until 8 PM to announce it.

You know there was probably at least one supplement voted down. So yes, we should hear what will happen next. But I can tell you right now. They will find out why it was turned down and try to re-negotiate the sticking points.
