If left alone would it eventually become a human being. Where in nature even among animals does a mother purposely abort their babies ? There are certainly those who believe in no abortions no matter what. The various bans at certain # of weeks are attempts to meet abortionists somewhere in the middle. Personally I think it's ok, not ideal but ok, to abort before there's a heartbeat. No heartbeat means no brain activity, no nervous system registering pain. Basically a clump of cells. I don't understand why anyone would want to abort once the baby can feel pain. I'd rather have no abortion at all if it means saving a baby from feeling pain.
