Wanting to become part time supervisor

I've been at a gateway for 6 years. I've watched more PT Supa come and go. Lost lots of great ones. Now we have 5 that are seasonal, and frigging lost as heck!!!!!! I'd advise strongly against trying for that position. You will be having lots of people chew your back side out. Try to see if you could change to a gateway as an hourly. Lot easier than a hub as I've heard. Good luck
