Not bbq'ing and drinking beer today. That's what people generally do and it's definitely what "the man" wants to see...unthinking Americans celebrating a faux holiday. My thoughts today are about how " U.S. labor day" is nothing more than a coordinated, consumerist back-to-school shopping frenzy, and of course a reminder how badly the average working person is friend**d in this culture.
