Western Pa joins Philadelphia and Ohio in notching a second rejection of a supplement rider. Also still outstanding are other rejected riders in Indiana Local 135 and the big Louisville Air Rider. Illinois Local 710 and 705 separate contracts are also unratified. Local 705 bargaining has barely started. Keep track all the juicy hours over the months. UPS is a microcosm of the United States.
Part time jobs were always meant to be for people going to school -to make a few bucks --then move on with their lives and careers. Now there is no where to go !!

Same with Burger flippers or other part time positions.

President Obama :
1. Formed jobs committee --Met once --disbanded it.
2. No plan to attract new business by lowering the highest Corporate tax rate in the world.
3. Plenty of talk --no taxation plan to punish American Companies --Manufacturing overseas.
4. No plan to bring back to the U.S. -all offshore profits --that could be invested to produce jobs.
5. Backbreaking regulations placed on all U.S. business.
6. Obamacare --Prevents employers to hire over 49 people --50 means Obamacare -Brilliant move !
7. Forced Obamacare has resulted in Employers REDUCING hours to keep employees Part time -Brilliant
8. Millions and Millions of dollars wasted on Companies like Solyndra !!!
9. Outsourced the Obamacare website to Canada ---?? --It also was a disaster.
10. Pipeline --still deciding 6 years later --fracking ??? Whats that ???

American's --last time I looked anyway --are still free --Hate Corporations and BiG business--why spend your only life here on earth -complaining about them.

UPS Drivers are the Best in the world and their Benefit and wage package is superior. If over the years there should have been a little more balance between Part -time and Driver --Fair Debate --But lets face it --which job has more responsibility, more skill and is much more difficult .

Management --including the CEO do not make the enormous salaries that other CEO'S make --much of the package is related to the "health" of UPS'
The shareowners get a REASONABLE return of THEIR money --and of each shareowner --all"cashed out" at the same time --guess what --we are back where I started --UPS does not exist and there is no longer need for debate about salaries.

Government -I believe has tons to do the present situation --Lets believe Bush was pro business --and Clinton and Obama are not.
Obama had full control for TWO long years --did the dems pass any card check or major pro union legislation ?
Did Obama with FULL CONTROL --Pass a tax system to SEVERLY hurt companies that manufacture outside the country ??
No he spent two years on OBAMACARE !!
