What is the REAL reason negotiations have stalled?

Does McDonald's give you health care ?
Can you get a pension for being a part-time McDonald's employee?
Is McDonalds a Union job? Do McDonald PT pay Union dues? The Teamsters have a legal obligation to represent all bargaining unit members. FT or PT. Voting members or non voting. 6 months seniority or 60 years seniority. In Republican controlled RTW states the Teamsters must represent non Union employees.

I don't see such a tweet?

I thought I saw it somewhere else too. But in that video the Asian lady claims they do 401k matching. Now I guess they could say she's a sup but I found her in another video doing union work.

“The flexibility of hours can’t be beat.” A chef and UPS package handler - Sarah Osowski brings her authentic self to work every day.

And she's featured on this page for being a gay Asian woman.

Nope, but you get free food, easy job, no maniacs screaming at you and very low standards to maintain. Most kids are on their parents healthcare until
26 so benefits mean nothing and let’s be honest a19 year old can’t fathom getting old enough for a pension
Have you seen this thing called TikTok lately? Customers throwing cash registers and displays at McD workers all day long. I feel safer on PD-13 in the hub....

All these videos are paid actors. Not real ups people at all.

After seeing how poorly the part timers have been treated the last 41 years in contracts I don’t believe for a second that the Union has suddenly decided that Part Time Pay is so important that the members will strike over it. It DOES make a great news story and is good for getting Public Support to swing our way in case of a strike but what are opinions of the REAL reasons negotiations broke down? What is the real reason we may go on strike?

My opinions are the company wants to make things like attendance a Cardinal sin, and wants to make the work week for the vast majority of employees Tuesday-Saturday
Part-time pay is absolutely an issue and an issue for the union this year because unlike 30-40 years ago, part-time starting pay is at the level or not far above minimum wage in many states

Wrong. Remember what I said about the public relations war? UPS has fired the first shot in an effort to get the American public on their side.
Now it's up to the Teamsters to hire an image maker to get your side out there for the public to see.
Oh my God, how are we going to ever fight against a Twitter post from a corporate account?
I know maybe we’ll have our spokes person and president get on TV and explain the details every day for the last two weeks like he’s been doing? please pay attention @bacha29, as usual, you’re willfully Uninformed, and completely and utterly out of your depth.
