Yeah look for or google Scotch aged in Sherry casks. Whole different animal. Angels Envy bourbon is aged in port wine barrels. Similar profile.

We were supposed to up our driver number by almost 20% after peak. Now rumor is our center manager thinks he can make due until summer seasonal.
So I figure the plan is send everyone out with 9 hour plans and ratchet the production harassment way up.
