What to do when Steward isn't filling grievances and won't give you paper to file new one.

I filed a grievance for supervisor working last week for 1 hour.

Now I have it working for 30 minutes again and I have witnesses.

Now the steward tells me she won't give me any more grievance forms because QUOTE "I don't want to cause problems".

Also said; "If you file another grievance they will move you and there's nothing you can do about it".

The steward told me; "what's my problem"

So now the supervisor keeps on working and the steward will not give me grievance forms to document it.

I asked the steward and I was told that my last grievance wasn't filed. I think they threw it away.

You should have more than one steward in your building PT or FT, get one of them to help you.

Nope. Supposedly when i wrtoe a statment ( i was later told never to write one), i wrote down i was stacking packages and one of them almost hit him.

Union told me if that were them they would get mad too. I told them he put his hands on me and mgnmt escorted him out he admitted to it. Union told me they have ti protect everyone and i shouldnt be stacking packages.

No the union justified his actions and said its not a big deal they suspended him 1 day "you want him to lose his job for that?" Is what they told me.

15 year hourlie and the union got a 2 year employee who put his hands on me
Said 1 day suspension was enough after he was escorted out of building after admitting to putting hands on me.

Union told me no big deal and they would duke it out in the parking lot of that was me not lose your job.

Also talked down on me, said i shouldnt be stacking packages, it was my fault according to them.
