Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
Wrong...it's you. The reason we know is that your remarks are a carbon copy of what you posted when you we're DIDO.
Yeah, it’s impossible for someone else to have a similar opinion. You believe what you want. I have you on ignore 99% of the time anyway.
As Dido would say, Carry on! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Crazy that a company so hell bent on control is going to give the majority of it's freight to contracts whom they have little control over.

Good luck everyone! The next 3 months are going to be interesting.

Just put out the press release, all opcos other than freight will be combined into fedex Corp June 2024
Now here's the interesting part. Ground contractors are contracted with Fedex Ground.
A few short months from now Fedex Ground will cease to exist. Therefore, for all intents and purposes that contract is null and void.
So now you've got these guys who have every cent of money to their name tied up in a contract venture ( if you want to call it that) that ceases to exist. So what happens to them?

More importantly, what happens to the RLA exemption?

So is going to be The Immaculate Reception or a Hail Mary that gets picked off in the end zone?

Order your pizza chips and beer guys while the corporate law attorney's are jumping around like stud horses eagerly awaiting their chances to have a go at this one.

Lets' go ask Dano. He knows everything. Yeah right.

And here's the good part. There will be no guarantees that as a contractor you'll even be offered a new contract by the newly formed corporation. And if you wish to sell your contract ahead of the merger Fedex gets to decide who you will sell it to which further limits your market.
