If all full time drivers called in sick for one day.
Pigs would be flyingWhat would happen if management gave everyone an 8 day one day?
Couldn't be considered a wildcat? Not much they could do, if everyone was good on occurrences. Be ready for a lot of crap for a while, though.
lots of grievance pay because those would not be 8 hour dispatchesWhat would happen if management gave everyone an 8 day one day?
Exactly same as the op question. Ain't ever gonna happen so what's the point in asking?Pigs would be flying

At least I'm safeLife as we know it would cease.
California would slide into the Pacific, dragging Oregon and Washington with it. Every eastern city and all land up to 200 miles would be inundated by a monstrous tidal wave.
IOW, it would never happen.

TCD would call in too right?I could see them being really with all available and qualified management (probably some not qualified) driving dispatches to make sure air and bread and butter accounts were taken care of along with a lot of blind TCD drama. Minimize the damage as much as possible, warning letter galore for the next 6 months or so.
