The problem is they don't get a lot of hours.
So who wants to come to work for $50 a day at 3:00 in the morning when you can't find transportation to get to work.

Been doing that at my small center for a while now. Send home half of the preload then pay 30 drivers 10 minutes to finish loading their package cars. Incredible really.

I was assuming from the tone of his post people are having to wait on the pickups because they are starting at 8:30. If they're waiting on the clock for pickups obviously if they were taking a lunch they wouldn't be pushing 9.5. He can correct me if I'm reading the situation wrong.
