I'm referring to if Full Timers only get $1 an hour raise, that's all partimers should get as well.Wait, how is that possible? They work half the hours or less. Even if they made the same rate, they would not get the same. This makes no sense.

It's not going to happenRaise Raise Raise. Inflation is only going to get worse, top rate end of contract at 55 will be close to nickels.
So people don't quit and we get better hires, raise is a must; if not, customers will start to get tier service as time goes by eventually affecting our volume.
UPS is top dog only because of the UNION providing awesome pay and benefits but not as of late. Time to pay up.

FWIW A group of 60 delivery drivers for Amazon got a raise to 30.00 and they don't work directly for Amazon.
