Injured and not sure I will be driving again.

Middle fingers up!!
Hi,
I got injured on the job, but was another companies fault. They have accepted responsibility. Anyhow, getting close to a year with a head and neck injury. I have had all kinds of procedures and nothing is helping. I have neck bad pain and headaches, and have to take pain meds and muscle relaxers. I was told by my doctor that after one year I lose my UPS healthcare. I took a functional capacity exam and did not pass. Not sure what to do. I am trying to figure out my future. If I am not able to continue driving, do I have any options? Pretty stressed out out the future, I finally had a route I liked, now this curveball.
Was it a vehicular accident?

Liberty Mutual

Oh man, Liberty Mutual is terrible. They send you the Physical Therapy before you get an MRI, and then took me two months to get an MRI. This seems to be the way they work, same thing happened to someone that recently injured their leg. They are backwards, slow, and not looking out for us. It is hard to find a Good Doctor that deals with workers comp. The crazy thing is both the doctors and Liberty Mutual tell me I can get better care on my Personal Insurance. That is pretty bad!!!
3rd party companies Liberty Mutual/Gallagher Bassett are the worst. Keep a file and document everything. They are not your friend. You have to have your own doctor whenever possible. Talk to other local drivers that have been injured if possible to get good advice. They might have a name or two to recommend.

Since you already have headaches and failed functional, go into management.
