What would you like to see in the next contract?

Just a thought, someone should check into the number of shiny wheels us feeder drivers are reporting a night. No one seems to care.

I've seen a lot on here about liking/ disliking the current contract. However, whether we like or dislike this contract doesn't matter since the contact is passed. We can argue all day, but that's not going to change a thing. Instead, let's discuss something we can affect, which is the next contract. What would you like to see in the next contract?

Would like Ups to honor their retirement packages that we were told we would get upon retirement, leaving them intact until we reach 65 . Not changed (benefit cuts) after a new contract. That is the least they could do to us Retirees who helped them grow to the Global Giant they are today, Reasonable request which will more than likely fall on deaf ears in Atlanta

Retirement issues are not covered by the NMA.

Uhhhhh no upstate. In addition to, not in place of. Thought this thread was about a wish list. Would love to have both. In a perfect world that is.

I understand his point.

But, it seems he didn't ask enough questions before he retired.

At the very least.... read the SPD (Summary Plan Description).

They won't happen but:
pt starting pay raised

tcd time counts towards progression time

3 year driver progression

reduction in retiree healthcare costs

no lifetime max on retiree healthcare

pt supervisors chained to the area they are responsible for

ability to tell sups that they are being friend'ing stupid, word for word, no p.c.

the ability to tell sups that them being friend'ing stupid is what caused the problem, word for word, no p.c

Selma Hayek and Scarlett Johansen as my personal "masseuses" while at work , and they provide hourly "massages"

the ability to make sups unf'ck whatever they friend'cked up by being friend'ing stupid, while we stand there and laugh and collect our pay (this would not be stealing union hours as we would be standing behind the sup laughing and collecting our pay not going and doing another job)

matching 401k with no reduction to pension
