The website Numbeo has a one bedroom in the city center of Toronto average rent a little over $2500 Canadian while in Edmonton it's a little shy of $1600. Edmonton is definitely cheaper across the board in various categories but holding to 10% of Toronto would mean an apartment of $250 a month. Highly unlikely to find anything approaching that price that isn't pure crap. Cost of living in Edmonton including rent is 18.5% less than Toronto.
yea that was just the cheapest one i could find but it was very old. realistically we'd probably get something humble but it has to be decent.

Why would I think everyone loves Trump? Had tens of millions vote against him. Had two assassins attempt to kill him. But what he's doing isn't fascist. And it's hard to take his opponents seriously when they can only call him names.
