I guess some people don't know what 'civil service' is.
I'm well aware of civil service jobs and careers. The posts were sarcasm directed to a person that apparently disdains the US fighting forces, and celebrates liberal pencil pushers.

Gorsuch followed the law and not political ideology. The law was vague and poorly written. The case goes back to Obama suing over it and was a 4-4 tie then. Also wasn't about illegal immigrants either.
Exactly, you understand what Gorsuch concurred with, and why he voted the way he did. Go to the head of the class. I'll have to read the dissenting opinions. For that matter I'll read the whole entire holding.

I disagree, respectfully.

I personally know many men and women who are the best of their generation who have chosen to serve their country in civil service, in spite of the pay.

where they receive yearly bonuses for running the country in the red
