I might as well get a jump on this topic and begin to sort out where the Romney campaign fell apart.
I for one say, he was never qualified to run for national office, he didnt really win the nomination, he simply bought it by outspending his opponents and forcing them to quit. In many states, he never got more than 27% of the vote which meant 63% were voting against him.
September has been the biggest disaster for Mitt Romney. The GOP convention set Romney up for failure in september by having a crappy presentation that was topped off by donut boy talking about himself instead of MITT, and an old aging actor who talked to a chair.
Mitt wasnt suppose to win anyways.
He's been running for 7 years now and you would think he had it all figured out, but he doesnt. If a person tries for 7 years to run for the highest office in the land and still screws that up, then he doesnt deserve the job in the first place.
I say he lost the race in the month of september. The debates wont help him, FOX isnt hosting one, and he will have to face the music, his own music.
No softball questions will be tossed at him.. No brett baier to lob slow underhand pitches at him or Meygan Kelly to pre read bullet points to Romney before asking him a question he could knock out of the park.
Mitt was horrible in the GOP debates and the more he spoke, the more he fell in the polls. It was soo bad, Mitts team cancelled his appearance at all the remaining GOP debates.
So, in my opinion, September 2012 with his writing off of half of america and insulting seniors, troops, students and families making less than 50K a year is the point where he lost this election.
Peace
