You don’t want a strike

I’ve got six months of living expenses saved up...what I don’t have is a 9.5 list, equal pay for equal work, or the guarantee of a job driving a package car as opposed to loading trailers. I don’t really want a strike just because, but I want a union that has balls and still exists 30 years from now.

Well said. I voted no knowing that I would meet several 22.4s and could have a clean conscience. Equal pay for equal work.

Go for it if you wanna "move up" in a company. Being 25, you will find yourself "penske material" in about a year or two. They promote them younger and younger anymore. No surprise they are getting dumber and dumber.
