I work in a local where 9/5 isn't an issue. The management respects the contract and abides by it. That's what happens when you have proven leadership with longevity. Members who want change every three years get *. Just saying.
Respect is earned. Some will never have it because they are so full of thinking they know it all when they know nothing.

My local was part of the good old boys and there was horrible representation for years. I'm not sure if any cases were even brought to panel. What does that say about our old reps and the higher ups who supported them?

Whatever. I asked anyone that needs help to come see me. The directions are very confusing and the ballot sleeve is a joke

I don't have anything. The election supervisor might. Those part time people will throw you right under the bus when questioned. You shouldn't be cheating to win. All tainted in your local now.

A little late for that now. You can answer for it with someone else. You wrote what you wrote.
Maybe you should have been taking pictures of you food instead of collecting ballots to mark.
