remember that PT benefits here equate to $37/h straight time at 15/h compared to a FT $58 at $34/h. The difference is not as high as it might seem comparing just wages.

At the same time, I can understand why a young part timer who can’t eat their non-wage benefits might feel like they’re still getting a relatively raw deal.

From personal experience, complaining gives people information. If a driver never complains, than no one will ever know that there’s a problem.


So if you want problems to be fixed, than you kind of have to complain. Or you can just tough it out like OP and one up everybody.
