Anywhere you go in the trades as an apprentice you have a four year progressions now days. My brother in law is a union laborer and his is 4 years.

I know guys that went to top rate after 30 days! Can you believe that? It went from 30 days to 4 years!

I knew getting full time was gonna take a while but the ride would a lot more manageable if it didn't take a decade for the wage alone to get there. I'm pushing the late end of mid 20's.
