There are ups, no pun intended, and downs here, to say the least. I'm a one year city driver at DTR and already I have bid a schedule 40 hour guaranteed peddle. Lucky am I. The problems are 1) I want to go to the road, 2) and most important, I want to transfer to CWV (Nitro, WV). Why do both of these things have to be impossible? I know some of the logical explanation, CWV is small and guys there tend to stick around FOREVER, and the top half of our road board has an average of 9 years to go for the 30 year pension vestation. Can anyone give me advice on how to either accomplish both of these things or change my mind for me? Leave one. Thanks in advance
