Workers comp mediation

Any current or former UPSers… Have any of yo been thru workers comp mediation?? Mine is next week and the surgeon has stated I can no longer do my job..Just a bit curious about what to expect.. I am prepared for UPS to try and screw me, again…I do have an attorney, and meet with him tomorrow to get prepared..Any help would be appreciated..

The way it works is, you leave thinking you got screwed and they leave thinking they got screwed. In other words you think they didn't pay you enough and they think they paid you too much.

Make sure you don't do anything that they can use as fraud because they may hire me to follow you around and make sure you are really injured lol.
